Worth working the products which I deal with
I worked at trading company before, so I provided products for manufacturer. I haven’t seen how to produce products. Now, my position is provider as a manufacturer, from drawing to produce products and by delivering products to the customer, I am worth working as a manufacture.

I have worked here for about 20 years; I am managing production department and dial check of the products. I didn’t know anything when I entering company, the president and bosses’ plate teach, technical strength are improving quality. I am in the teaching position. As a person of working products, this environment attracts to improve my technical strength.
Making good quality of teams by saying each other
I am now in a position of teaching junior workers; it is hard to keep motivation just teaching strictly. I am trying to chat, and if he has problems, we talk each other etc. I am trying communicate for young people I also didn’t do anything when I entered this company, so I am trying to improve worker’s skills.
In advantages of small and medium enterprise, active communication in the company
If company size is bigger, the distance of the president and executives are problems, but our company is very close distance with the president and workers, it attractive to make an environment of the challenging new things or tech through the president’s experience. Eating without work, the president is like my father. This environment makes to providing products for customers.
